3) How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team by phone. We regret that we cannot process cancellation requests via email, as this ensures a more efficient and immediate response.
4) No-Show Policy: Refunds or fee waivers will only be granted if you appear for your flight with prior cancellation. Timeliness is essential to maintain the value of your ticket.
Refund Policy

2) Refund Timing: Refunds generally take 10-15 business days to process. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account. In exceptional circumstances, this process can extend to 60-90 days.
3) Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate transfers to different accounts or use different payment methods.
